  It can be expensive. It can be disruptive to a child’s home life if they are removed from their family for long periods of time. Early childhood education can be repetitive and boring for some children. Children with developmental delays may have a hard time adjusting to the environment of a preschool. The technology implemented to teach can sometimes mislead and misguide kids.

 

Families can become involved in their children’s early childhood education by: 1. Participating in events. 2. Helping with projects such as donating recyclable materials. 3. Volunteering at their early childhood education and care centre.

  Early Intervention services are for children up to age 3 with developmental delays . Special Education is for children, with specific diagnoses listed in the law, from age 3 to 22 who need specialized instruction to make effective progress .
